Description
A roomy utility bag with a story.
Made from snack wrappers and soap packaging that would otherwise have gone to landfill. Practical, water-resistant, and quietly proud of where it came from.
Material: Built in two layers — an inner sheet fused from chocolate wrappers, chip packets, soap wrappers and similar commercial packaging, sealed under a tough, clear outer plastic reclaimed from the wrapping of duvets, comforters and bedding. Together they form a surprisingly sturdy, wipe-clean fabric.
Size: 30 × 12 × 12 cm. ***dimensions are customizable on request.
Open one up and you’ll spot flashes of familiar packaging through the clear top layer — a chocolate logo here, a soap label there — each one fused flat and protected beneath durable plastic salvaged from bedding wrap. That clear outer skin makes the bag naturally water-resistant and easy to wipe down, while the layered wrappers give every piece its own one-of-a-kind collage of colour and print. A strong zip keeps everything secure, and a sturdy handle makes it easy to grab and go. Use it as a toiletry bag, a pencil case, a travel organiser, or a home for cables and odds and ends. Because no two batches of wrappers are ever the same, no two bags look alike.
Happy to take on bulk and made-to-order requests, and we can personalise or add branding for gifting and corporate orders — just ask. Each bag is handcrafted by individuals from underprivileged communities who are being empowered with new skills and a grounding in climate and sustainability.

Environmental impact:
Snack wrappers and soap packaging are multi-layer plastics that are notoriously difficult to recycle, so they usually end up in landfill or as litter. By fusing them into durable fabric — and pairing them with clear plastic rescued from bedding packaging — we keep both streams in use and out of the ground. It’s a small, tangible piece of the circular economy: waste that gets a second working life instead of a landfill.
